About the Role
The Operation Head will oversee and manage the overall business operations of the organization, ensuring smooth execution of processes across supply chain, logistics, customer support, warehouse management, and order fulfillment. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, process optimization, and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end operational activities across departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor daily operations, inventory management, logistics, and dispatch processes.
- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, finance, and support teams.
- Create SOPs and ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Analyze operational KPIs, MIS reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics partners.
- Lead, mentor, and train operational teams for high performance.
- Handle escalations and critical operational issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and organizational requirements.

Qualifications
