Now we are looking for an Account Manager – Virgin Polymer to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our presence in the polymer market across Pune and surrounding regions. Your mission is to become a trusted partner for manufacturers by enabling efficient sourcing and trading of Virgin Polymer products while driving consistent revenue growth.
Your Three Main Objectives Revenue Leadership:
- Drive aggressive B2B sales growth and consistently exceed targets.
- Customer Acquisition: Expand the customer base by onboarding manufacturers, processors, and traders.

The Toolkit (What you’ll own)
Business Development & Account Acquisition Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for Virgin Polymer products. Generate leads through market mapping, networking, and industry relationships. Develop strong understanding of customer requirements and buying patterns. Key Account Management Manage and grow existing customer accounts. Drive repeat business through continuous relationship management. Resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Sales Execution & Deal Ownership Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements. Maintain pipeline discipline, sales reporting, and CRM updates. Market Intelligence Track polymer market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities. Share market insights with internal stakeholders and customers. Identify opportunities for margin improvement and business expansion.
Who You Are
- The Sales Hunter Proven experience in B2B sales, commodity trading, or polymer/raw material sales.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- The Relationship Builder Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong networking skills within plastics, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
- The Commercial Thinker Good understanding of pricing, negotiations, and market dynamics.
- Ability to identify profitable business opportunities.
- The Executor Target-driven and disciplined in managing sales pipeline and customer follow-ups.
- Strong ownership mindset with execution focus.
