We are looking for a confident and responsible Store Manager for Kohinoor’s Nashik store. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, handling walk-in customers, driving sales, maintaining store discipline, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, opening/closing, and overall store discipline.
- Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Guide customers with the right product options and ensure a premium experience.
- Track daily sales, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Manage store staff, attendance, grooming, and task allocation.
- Maintain product display, cleanliness, stock updates, and store presentation.
- Coordinate with the internal team for campaigns, offers, leads, and reporting.
- Share daily sales and store performance updates with management.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, showroom, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, automobile, or customer-facing sales.
- Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Good personality, grooming, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a team and take ownership of store performance.
- Sales-focused, disciplined, and comfortable working on weekends/festive days.
- Local Nashik candidates preferred.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
