Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our in-house social media activities and strengthen our digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, social media management, audience engagement, campaigns, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and promotional content.
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
- Shoot and edit reels, product videos, educational content, events, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, trending audio, and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, enquiries, and audience interactions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for products, events, launches, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content, Design, and Product teams.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, views, and leads.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Use AI tools for content ideas, captions, scripts, research, creative development, and video/content editing.
- Support lead generation and overall brand growth through social media.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video editing tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
