We are looking for an experienced and well-connected professional who can strengthen our presence in hospitals and healthcare institutions while building long-term relationships with doctors, surgeons, procurement teams, and hospital management.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Manager with strong relationships in the healthcare industry and a proven track record of medical device sales. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience interacting with doctors, surgeons, cath labs, operation theatres, procurement departments, and hospital decision-makers.
This role requires a combination of technical product understanding, relationship management, and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
- Generate product enquiries and secure purchase orders from hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with medical professionals.
- Promote and position the company's portfolio of medical devices and surgical equipment.
- Coordinate with hospital procurement teams and purchase departments.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Assist in product launches and market development activities.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Travel within Delhi NCR and other regions as required.
