Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Sales Revenue Operations Executive to support the organization’s sales growth, revenue tracking, operational coordination, and customer management activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales operations, maintaining revenue reports, coordinating with teams, managing CRM data, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities Sales Operations
- Coordinate with sales and consultation teams for lead management and conversions.
- Maintain daily sales records and revenue reports.
- Track sales targets, collections, and pending payments.
- Ensure proper follow-up with patients/customers regarding packages and services.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance.
Revenue Management
- Prepare revenue MIS reports and sales performance reports.
- Track billing, payment status, refunds, and outstanding collections.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for revenue reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy in invoicing and payment entries.
CRM & Data Management
- Update customer details, sales data, and payment records in CRM software.
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
- Generate reports related to leads, conversions, and revenue trends.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with doctors, center managers, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Support business growth initiatives and operational planning.
- Handle customer queries related to services, billing, and packages.
- Assist management in improving operational efficiency and revenue generation.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- CRM handling experience preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / Healthcare Operations
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, clinic, or service industry preferred
