A Telecaller acts as the primary voice of a company, responsible for making and receiving calls to promote products, generate sales leads, resolve customer queries, and schedule follow-ups. They typically work in dynamic, target-driven environments within industries like real estate, banking, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Initiate cold calls to prospective clients using established sales scripts to introduce company products and services.
Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance, product information, or issue resolution.
Lead Management: Qualify prospects, nurture leads, and maintain an accurate pipeline for the field sales team.
Database Maintenance: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules into company CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for successful calls, lead generation, or sales closures.
Customer Feedback: Gather client information and relay product satisfaction data to relevant departments to improve the user experience.
Essential Skills & Qualifications Education: Minimum of a 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree depending on the organization.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Fluency in regional languages
Technical Literacy: Basic proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office, and digital data base systems.
Work Ethic: Patience, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
