Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Academic Counselors who can guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right training program.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact and counsel leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars, and referrals.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
* Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.
* Convert inquiries into admissions.
* Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM/Google Sheets.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with the operations team for smooth student onboarding.
* Build strong relationships with prospective students and working professionals.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Strong telecalling and sales skills.
* Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
* Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
* Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM, and online communication tools.
Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Sales experience preferred.
