Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international students/customers through outbound calls
- Guide prospective candidates regarding courses and admission processes
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Update customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable educational programs
Skills Required
- Prior experience in International Sales / International Telesales
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Good customer handling and relationship management abilities
Preferred Profile
- Experience in EdTech, Overseas Education, or Immigration Sales will be an added advantage
- Confident personality with strong presentation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with any international sales background can apply
