We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Party Order Execution Executive to manage and execute party and bulk orders from booking to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure every order is delivered accurately, on time, and with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Coordinate and execute all party, catering, and bulk orders.
- Confirm order details, including quantity, flavors, delivery location, and event timing.
- Ensure all customer requirements are accurately documented and communicated.
Customer Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers from order confirmation until completion.
- Provide timely updates regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer queries, modifications, and special requests professionally.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Work closely with the Logistics team to schedule deliveries.
- Ensure availability of products, packaging materials, and other event requirements.
Event Execution
- Supervise order dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the field team during large events or catering assignments.
- Ensure proper setup and smooth execution at event locations, where applicable.
Inventory & Documentation
- Monitor inventory required for party orders.
- Maintain order records, delivery challans, invoices, and customer confirmations.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Quality Assurance
- Verify product quality and packaging before dispatch.
- Ensure hygiene and company quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
- Resolve any customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Reporting
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on party orders executed.
- Track order completion, customer feedback, and repeat business.
- Provide suggestions to improve execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Event Coordination, Catering, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage.
Person should have a two-wheeler.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
