We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about learning and delivering excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, good analytical skills, and the ability to quickly understand new products and technologies in the electrical and electronics domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Understand, learn, and explain product features, functionalities, and applications to customers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and basic operational guidance.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to support new technologies and solutions.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or related disciplines) or BCA.
- Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers must possess a strong technical background and sound understanding of technical concepts.

- Basic understanding of electrical, electronics, or IT-related systems.
