For one of our client in Advt and Marketing space, we are looking for an experienced Government Sales professional to drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in government business development, stakeholder management, strategic account handling, and enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Government Departments, PSUs, and institutional organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Drive end-to-end government sales activities, from lead generation to business closure.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable service-based solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offerings for government clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with government authorities and institutional clients.
- Develop strategic account plans to expand existing government accounts and generate new business.
- Monitor government initiatives, market trends, and upcoming business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports.

- Knowledge of the tendering process will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Government Sales, Institutional Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Candidates from Advertising, Media, Public Relations (PR), IT Services, or Digital Solutions industries will be preferred.
- Existing network with Government Departments, PSUs, and institutional organizations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
