Job Summary :
Vaayu Shanti Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Raipur, a leading manufacturer of Pollution Control Equipment including Filter Bags and Cages, and a trusted supplier of ESP spares, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented MIS Analytic to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining Management Information Systems (MIS), ensuring accurate data reporting, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, verify, and analyze data from various departments.
Develop dashboards and automated reports using Advanced MS Excel.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; highlight gaps and deviations.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams for data consolidation.
Perform data reconciliation and validation checks.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis.
Improve reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain confidential data and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience as MIS / Data Analyst.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, Dashboards).
Knowledge of ERP/CRM software preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
