Tender Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Search and monitor tender portals (GeM, CPPP, Tamil Nadu Tenders, e-Procurement portals, etc.).
- Download and study tender documents, BOQ, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare tender documents, technical bids, commercial bids, and compliance statements.
- Coordinate with design, production, purchase, accounts, and management teams for required documents.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and BOQ.
- Arrange EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other statutory documents.
- Upload bids on e-tender portals before the deadline.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow up on tender status.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify technical/commercial queries.
- Coordinate with customers for tender-related clarifications.
- Prepare comparative statements and tender analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender conditions.
- Follow up on purchase orders, contracts, and post-award documentation.
- Maintain a database of certificates such as GST, PAN, UDYAM, ISO, financial statements, work orders, and experience certificates.
- Coordinate with project and execution teams after order confirmation.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on tender activities, success rate, and pending bids.
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of Government e-Tender and GeM portals.
- Good understanding of BOQ, costing, and quotation preparation.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools.
- Ability to meet strict submission deadlines.
- Knowledge of GST, EMD, bank guarantees, and contractual terms.
- Strong coordination, planning, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
