Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate call records and customer details
- Handle customer queries and objections politely
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with sales/operations team for order processing or follow-ups
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English + Hindi Mandatory
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
