The HR Executive will manage full‑cycle recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations and daily HR operations. You will design and roll out HR policies, support performance‑management processes and ensure compliance with Thai labor regulations. Additionally, the role requires providing clients with basic product information and timely updates on order status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing & onboarding
- Maintain employee records, administer payroll & benefits
- Advise managers on employee relations and performance issues
- Implement HR policies, training and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour law and internal procedures
- Partner with cross‑functional teams on organisational development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- 2–4 years’ HR experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiar with Thai labour law, HRIS and MS Office
- Strong verbal & written communication in Thai and English
