Technical Sales Executive (Inside Sales & Support)
Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated Technical Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with clients to sell and support essential technology products like CCTV, Biometric systems, POS terminals, printers, and networking equipment. This position offers the flexibility to Work From Home (WFH) while delivering excellent sales and service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing business clients.
- Lead Follow-up: Regular follow-ups with clients to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Database Management: Maintain and update accurate client records in our database.
- Technical Learning: Learn product specifications to explain features to customers.
- Sales & Service Support: Assist clients with basic product queries and service coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) completed.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English AND your Local Language (spoken and written).
- Tech Savvy: Eager to learn about gadgets, security systems, and IT hardware.
- Communication: Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and convincing skills.
- Work Setup: Must have a laptop/PC, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace at home.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
