Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
- Handle queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email
- Respond quickly and professionally
- Guide customers on products, pricing, timelines
2. Order & Inquiry Management
- Maintain records of all inquiries in CRM
- Track order status and update customers proactively
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch)
3. Follow-ups & Conversions
- Follow up with warm leads
- Ensure no inquiry is missed
- Support sales team in closing orders
4. Issue Resolution
- Handle complaints, delays, and escalations calmly
- Provide solutions aligned with brand standards
5. Customer Experience
- Deliver a premium, polite, and helpful experience
- Build long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
- 1–3 years in customer support / client servicing (fashion or retail preferred)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English required, Gujarati is a plus)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and basic CRM tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
Preferred Background
- Experience in bridal / ethnic wear / boutique brands
- Worked with high-value or custom orders
