Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads & Google Ads Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in generating quality leads, maximizing ROI, and identifying potential clients through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Experience in real estate lead generation and product-based campaigns will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Develop audience targeting strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate qualified leads for real estate projects and product-based businesses.
- Identify potential customers through audience research and market analysis.
- Implement lead nurturing and retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
Performance & ROI Optimization
- Track campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Market Research
- Research competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation and business growth.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads algorithm changes and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns, especially for real estate projects.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving positive ROI.
