Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dedicated and experienced Advocate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate should have strong litigation experience and the ability to independently handle a wide range of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and represent clients in Family, Criminal, Civil, and DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) matters.
- Draft and vet legal notices, petitions, affidavits, written statements, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Appear before various courts and tribunals, with a strong focus on Hyderabad Courts.
- Conduct legal research, case analysis, and provide strategic legal advice.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure effective case management and timely follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Proven experience in handling Family, Criminal, Civil, and DRT matters.
- Prior experience in attending and representing matters before Hyderabad Courts is mandatory.
- Excellent drafting, argument, communication, and client-handling skills.
