Job Title: Amazon Brand Manager

Position Overview: Seeking a hands-on Amazon Operator to own the end-to-end performance of multiple brands. You will be in the weeds of Seller Central daily, managing PPC, optimizing listings, and ensuring catalog health. You are the primary engine for Amazon growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns (keyword harvesting, negative targeting, bid adjustments) to hit ACoS/ROAS targets.
- Execute end-to-end launches, including keyword research and coordinating with creative teams for A+ content.
- Manage flat file uploads, resolve listing suppressed/stranded issues, and manage variations.
- Monitor keyword rankings and conversion rates, implementing SEO updates to drive organic growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central (essential).
- Expert-level knowledge of Amazon flat files and catalog troubleshooting.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling Amazon Advertising spend.
- A "proactive problem-spotter" who fixes issues before they are reported.
- Clear, direct, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with external Amazon software (Helium10, Jungle Scout, or PPC automation tools).
- Background in managing multi-brand portfolios.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
