Job Description:
The incumbent shall be responsible for overseeing the Company’s litigation, legal advisory, and compliance functions. The role entails managing matters relating to municipal laws, labour and industrial laws, commercial disputes, and cheque dishonour cases, while ensuring robust legal support to business operations. The position requires regular appearances before courts and authorities, including attending hearings, taking necessary dates/adjournments, and coordinating with enforcement agencies, along with close coordination with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulatory bodies to safeguard the Company’s legal and commercial interests.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
