Position: Production Manager
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Industry Preference: Crusher Plants, Mining Equipment, Heavy Fabrication, Industrial Machinery
Location: Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end production activities of Crusher Plants and Spare Parts
✔ Plan and monitor fabrication, machining, assembly, and dispatch schedules
✔ Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
✔ Optimize manpower utilization and improve productivity
✔ Implement quality control and safety standards
✔ Coordinate with design, procurement, and maintenance teams
✔ Reduce production costs through process improvements
Desired Profile:
✅ Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and production management
✅ Strong knowledge of heavy engineering, crusher manufacturing, and fabrication processes
✅ Experience in team handling and production planning
✅ Ability to manage large-scale fabrication and assembly operations
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
