As our business expands, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can turn inquiries into bookings and conversations into long-term customer relationships.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for converting incoming leads generated through our marketing and sales funnels into confirmed bookings and business opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective guests and clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable WOW STAYZ2 property or package.
- Follow up consistently and professionally until closure.
- Build trust and rapport with customers through consultative selling.
- Maintain lead records and sales updates in company systems.
- Coordinate with reservations, operations, and management teams for smooth customer on-boarding.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Essential Skills

Basic Requirements
- Own smartphone with reliable internet connectivity
- Personal laptop for daily work
- Quiet workspace for customer calls
- Comfortable working independently
- Willingness to visit the office at least once every month for team meetings, reviews, and training sessions
