Job Summary
The Customer Relation Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring excellent customer service, handling inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and conversion. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships throughout the customer journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling
- Welcome customers professionally and create a positive showroom experience.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the concerned sales staff.
- Maintain proper customer engagement during showroom visits.
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Maintain and update customer database and lead records.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for quotations, pending decisions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales executives regarding customer requirements and updates.
Customer Service & Coordination
- Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate major concerns to management.
- Ensure timely communication regarding orders, deliveries, and service updates.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth customer service operations.
Sales Support
- Support the sales team in improving customer conversion and retention.
- Assist in preparing customer reports and follow-up status updates.
- Maintain showroom hospitality standards and customer care protocols.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily customer visit reports and lead status reports.
- Maintain records of customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
- Submit periodic performance and follow-up reports to management.
Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM/ERP systems)

Qualification
- Higher secondary education
- Prior experience in customer service, showroom handling, or sales coordination is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
