Position Overview
Calcyntra Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-oriented College Relations Manager to lead our academic outreach initiatives across engineering, degree, and professional colleges.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with educational institutions, coordinating campus engagement activities, promoting technology training programs, and expanding our academic network throughout Andhra Pradesh and neighboring regions.
This role requires excellent communication, presentation, networking, and business development skills with a passion for student success and higher education.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Partnership Development
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Principals, Placement Officers, HODs, Faculty Coordinators, and Training & Placement Cells.
Identify and develop new institutional partnerships.
Generate MoUs with colleges for training, internships, workshops, and campus engagement programs.
Represent Calcyntra Technologies during meetings with educational institutions.
Campus Engagement
Plan and organize:
Technical Workshops
Faculty Development Programs (FDPs)
Seminars
Career Guidance Sessions
Hackathons
Bootcamps
Internship Drives
Campus Recruitment Events
Coordinate end-to-end execution of academic events.
Business Development
Promote Calcyntra's technology training programs.
Identify new business opportunities within educational institutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership targets.
Generate institutional leads and convert them into long-term collaborations.
Student & Faculty Engagement
Conduct presentations for students regarding career opportunities and emerging technologies.
Educate students about industry trends and required technical skills.
Collaborate with faculty members to design customized training initiatives.
Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with partner institutions.
Ensure successful execution of ongoing training programs.
Gather feedback from colleges and continuously improve engagement strategies.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of institutional visits and partnership activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly outreach reports.
Track KPIs and institutional engagement metrics using CRM or spreadsheets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Master's degree (MBA, Marketing, HR, or related field) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel to colleges and universities as required.
