Job Summary:
Thinsil Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Telecaller Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle customer queries efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting our products/services, and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and customer queries.
- Promote products/services and encourage customer purchases.
- Follow up on customer leads and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets set by management.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary.
- Provide clear and concise product/service information to customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Language: Proficient in [Language 1] and [Language 2] (if applicable).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection with politeness and persistence.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
