Account-Based Sales Executive – NGO Partnerships

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential NGO partners, foundations, trusts, and CSR teams aligned with ScienceUtsav's mission and programs.
- Conduct account-based outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings to establish meaningful relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand the goals, beneficiaries, budgets, and impact requirements of partner organizations and propose suitable STEM education programs.
- Present ScienceUtsav's offerings, impact stories, and project proposals to NGO leaders, CSR managers, and program teams.
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain detailed account information, meeting notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and partnership opportunities for strategic accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with partner organizations to drive repeat collaborations and sustainable growth.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable interacting with NGO leaders, CSR managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B sales, partnership development, CSR, NGO outreach, or account management is preferred.
- Organized with follow-ups, documentation, and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Interest in education, social impact, STEM learning, or community development initiatives.
- Self-driven, proactive, and confident in approaching new organizations.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
