About the Role
Elkanio is hiring a Technical Project Manager to act as the bridge between our client and the engineering team building a prestigious B2C travel experience booking platform. The product is live, has a strong reputation in the industry, and is actively scaling — which means coordination, clarity, and follow-through matter more than ever.
You'll own the day-to-day rhythm of the project: translating client priorities into actionable engineering work, keeping the tech team aligned, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands software development, communicates crisply, and enjoys keeping moving parts in sync.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal tech team
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Plan, prioritize, and track sprints, releases, and deliverables across backend, frontend, and QA
- Run stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client status meetings
- Maintain project documentation — roadmaps, timelines, release notes, meeting summaries
- Anticipate risks, surface blockers early, and drive resolution with the right stakeholders
- Coordinate releases, deployments, and post-release monitoring with the engineering team
- Manage scope, expectations, and timelines without compromising on quality
- Keep the client informed with honest, timely updates — good news and bad
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in technical project management, product coordination, or a similar role in a software product or services environment
- A working understanding of web application development — APIs, frontend/backend interplay, databases, deployments
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Linear
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable speaking with both developers and business stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to push back diplomatically and protect the team from scope creep
- Based in Kochi or willing to relocate; this is a full-time on-site role
Bonus Points
- Prior experience working on B2C platforms, especially in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce
- Background in software engineering, QA, or business analysis
- Exposure to client-facing roles in agency or consulting setups
- Familiarity with CI/CD, release management, or production monitoring tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
