*Criteria for Pre-Primary School Vice Principal*
*1. Educational Qualification*
- Bachelor's degree + NTT / ECCE / Montessori / http://D.El.Ed / http://B.Ed in Early Child education
- Knowledge of NEP 2020 Foundational Stage guidelines
*2. Experience Required*
- teaching experience in Playgroup to UKG classes
- 2-3+ years in leadership role as Coordinator/Academic Head in pre-primary
*3. Academic Expertise*
- Curriculum planning for ages 3-6 years
- Strong in phonics, Jolly Phonics, story-based & play-way methods
- Activity-based learning and thematic teaching
- Classroom observation & teacher training skills
*4. Child & Parent Management*
- Understanding of child psychology & developmental milestones
- Handle separation anxiety, tantrums, behavioral issues
- Counsel first-time parents and conduct effective
*5. Leadership & Operations*
- Lead, train & retain pre-primary teachers & support staff
- Plan timetables, events, Annual Day, Sports Day for 3-5 yr olds
- Ensure child safety, hygiene
- Inventory & classroom setup management
*6. Key Personality Traits*
- High patience, warmth & nurturing approach
- Excellent communication with kids, parents & management
- Energetic, creative & hands-on with activities
- Calm under pressure during emergencies or parent complaints
*7. Tech & Compliance Skills*
- MS Office/Google Workspace for reports & planning
- Basic smart board/digital teaching tools knowledge
*8. What Schools Specifically Check*
- Strong spoken English for English-medium schools
- Past event handling experience in pre-primary section
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
