The Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Storytelling Manager who understands that luxury is not just seen; it is felt. You will be the digital voice of Dhiya Couture, responsible for translating the physical beauty, rich history, and intricate craftsmanship of our Rajputi heirloom pieces into a captivating online presence.
You won’t just be managing platforms - you will be curating a digital museum of "quiet power," ensuring our heritage and modern couture narrative reach a discerning, global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Storytelling: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy (focusing heavily on Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube) that aligns with the brand’s positioning as a custodian of Rajputi heritage.
- Visual Curation & Grid Management: Curate a visually stunning, highly aesthetic feed that balances product showcases, behind-the-scenes craftsmanship (e.g.,gota patti, zardozi, hand-weaving), and cultural mood boards.
- Content Creation & Direction: Conceptualize and direct high-quality digital content, including styling flat lays, directing short-form video (Reels) of the atelier, and capturing the movement and elegance of our garments.
- Copywriting: Write poetic, historically informed, and elegant captions that educate the audience on Rajputi traditions while driving desire for luxury couture.
- Community Management: Engage with a high-net-worth clientele, stylists, and luxury fashion influencers with the utmost grace, discretion, and brand-aligned tone.
- Campaign Rollouts: Lead the digital launch of new collections, bridal campaigns, and editorial features, ensuring a cohesive narrative across all touchpoints.
- Trend & Analytics: Monitor luxury fashion digital trends, track engagement metrics, and optimize content to grow our audience while maintaining absolute brand exclusivity.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, specifically within luxury fashion, couture, or high-end heritage brands.
- The Eye: An impeccable sense of visual aesthetics, pacing, and modern luxury design. You know how to make heritage look both timeless and highly relevant.
- Cultural Fluency: A deep appreciation for—and preferably knowledge of—Rajasthani textiles, Rajputi culture, and traditional Indian craftsmanship.
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Instagram (Grid, Stories, Reels) and Pinterest, with a strong understanding of how the luxury consumer navigates these platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional English copywriting skills. You know how to write with brevity, elegance, and emotional resonance.
- Creative Agility: Basic skills in mobile video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush) and graphic design (Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite) for quick, high-quality story updates.
