Job Title: Tele Sales Executive at Vi mini store
We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our Vi Mini Store team. The candidate will contact customers over the phone, generate sales leads, and promote the complete range of Vi services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote and sell:
- Buy VIP Number / Matching Number
- Port to Vi (MNP)
- Prepaid to Postpaid
- Buy Postpaid SIM / New Connection
- SIM Replacement
- Government, PSU & Corporate Plans
- Customer Support and all other Vi services
- Explain plans, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹8,879.68 - ₹18,456.00 per month
