Role Summary
Entry-level role verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits, and securing prior authorizations across multiple US specialties. You will be the front-end of the revenue cycle, preventing downstream denials. Full training is provided — we hire for attitude, accuracy, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify eligibility and benefits via payer portals ahead of the date of service.
- Identify authorization requirements and initiate/submit prior authorization requests with correct documentation.
- Track authorization status online through to approval.
- Accurately document benefits, authorization numbers, and validity dates in the EHR/PM system.
- Flag coverage gaps, terminations, and denials to the team lead promptly.
- Meet productivity and quality targets and maintain strict HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.(Except BTech/B.E.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Computer-comfortable, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Open to the 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM mid shift.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
