Job Description
We are looking for a Process Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and supporting various internal processes of the company. The candidate should ensure smooth workflow, proper coordination between departments, and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage various company processes on a daily basis.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor process flow and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to processes.
- Follow up on pending work and ensure timely closure.
- Support management in improving process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
