About the Role
Shivam Video is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Creative Marketing Strategist to lead the company's marketing, branding, and creative initiatives. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with creative leadership, requiring an individual who can drive brand growth, generate innovative campaign ideas, leverage AI-powered tools, and oversee high-quality creative execution.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, branding, visual storytelling, and emerging technologies. They should be capable of leading cross-functional teams while ensuring that all marketing and creative efforts contribute to business growth and strengthen Shivam Video's position as a market leader in the audio-visual and event technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Track marketing performance, ROI, and key business metrics to optimize results.
2. Creative Leadership & Campaign Development
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, brand stories, and marketing initiatives.
- Define the creative direction for all digital, print, video, experiential, and event-related communication.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, design language, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Develop innovative concepts that differentiate the brand and enhance audience engagement.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Oversee SEO, website management, social media marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Drive lead generation, website traffic, engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
4. AI, Innovation & Content Strategy
- Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance creativity, efficiency, and marketing performance.
- Drive content strategy across social media, websites, videos, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Explore innovative marketing formats, interactive technologies, and audience engagement strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and technological advancements.
5. Brand Assets, Visual Communication & Client Presentations
- Oversee the development of company profiles, pitch decks, brochures, marketing collateral, videos, and visual presentations.
- Support business development efforts through compelling storytelling, presentations, and creative concepts.
- Guide the creation of immersive brand experiences, event visualizations, experiential marketing solutions, and high-impact client pitches.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand and quality standards.
6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor marketing executives, designers, content creators, videographers, and creative professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Work closely with sales, operations, production, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
- Establish efficient workflows and ensure smooth execution of projects from concept to delivery.
7. PR, Industry Positioning & Strategic Partnerships
- Build brand visibility through PR initiatives, industry collaborations, award submissions, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence and thought leadership.
- Manage strategic communication for major announcements, launches, achievements, and industry recognition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, Media, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, branding, creative strategy, or related leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand management.
- Experience with AI-powered tools and modern content creation workflows.
- Working knowledge of creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, media production, advertising agencies, or creative studios will be highly preferred.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional who can think like a Brand Strategist, Marketing Leader, Creative Director, and Innovation Manager all at once. The ideal candidate should be capable of building impactful marketing strategies, creating compelling brand narratives, leading creative teams, and leveraging technology to drive measurable business growth.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
