Job Summary
We are seeking a structured and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day human resources operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, deep knowledge of labor laws, and a passion for building an efficient, positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless welcome for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, resolving conflict, managing complaints, and assisting with performance management.
- HR Administration: Maintain digital employee records, track leave requests, and manage data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Compliance: Ensure company policies and procedures remain fully compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a Human Resources position or related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
