Rewired Vision is looking for a Project Coordinator – Real Estate to support and coordinate real estate projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and investment opportunities.
The role will involve coordinating with developers, real estate consultants, brokers, investors, property owners, legal/financial advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely progress of projects.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across ongoing real estate projects and transactions.
- Coordinate with property developers, owners, brokers, consultants, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a database of real estate projects, developers, properties, investment opportunities, and contacts.
- Conduct market research on residential, commercial, hospitality, land, and investment opportunities.
- Collect and organize project information including location, size, pricing, approvals, development status, financial details, and commercial terms.
- Prepare project profiles, investment summaries, presentations, comparison sheets, and feasibility information.
- Assist the management team in evaluating and shortlisting suitable real estate opportunities.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, presentations, and discussions with developers and potential investors/clients.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of documents, proposals, quotations, and other required information.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, pending actions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in coordinating due diligence, legal documentation, financial analysis, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain proper records of agreements, proposals, property documents, correspondence, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for preparation of proposals, reports, agreements, and other project documentation.
- Monitor developments in relevant real estate markets, regulations, investment trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Support business development activities and help identify new project and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare regular project status reports and management updates.
- Represent Rewired Vision professionally during meetings, site visits, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events when required.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate, project coordination, consulting, business development, or a related field.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and project reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings, when required.
Preferred
- Experience working with real estate developers, property consultants, investment firms, brokers, or project management companies.
- Understanding of real estate transactions, project feasibility, and basic financial concepts.
- Experience in preparing property/project comparison and investment analysis.
- Existing industry network would be an advantage.
- Candidates with an MBA in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or Business Management will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
