Emagen TV is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B sales in the Digital Signage, Audio-Visual (AV), and IT Solutions segment. The role involves developing enterprise clients, managing key accounts, and handling complete sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in solution-based selling within Digital Signage, AV Systems, or IT Infrastructure domain.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify and develop new B2B clients across Corporate, Retail, Hospitality, Education, and Government sectors
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: Lead generation Presentation Proposal Negotiation Closure
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and solution-based presentations
- Work closely with technical and operations teams for project execution
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and system integrators
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B Sales (Digital Signage / AV / IT Sales mandatory)
- Strong understanding of LED Video Walls, Interactive Panels, Video Conferencing Solutions, Networking & IT Infrastructure
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience in enterprise or institutional sales
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth
- Experience handling / Corporate tenders
- Existing network in Mumbai corporate market
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
