- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of Hot Rolling Mill equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic, and lubrication systems.
- Monitor equipment condition and ensure maximum machine availability with minimum downtime.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical and Quality teams for smooth plant operations.
