Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QS Engineer to support cost planning, estimation, and commercial management of corporate interior/fit-out projects. The role involves working closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate quantity estimation, cost control, and timely billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications.
- Develop detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with item descriptions, specifications, and measurements.
- Support project cost estimation and budgeting for fit-out projects.
- Conduct bill verification of contractors and vendors against work completed and agreed BOQ.
- Track variations, deviations, and assist in cost control during project execution.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure clarity in drawings and scope alignment.
- Maintain proper documentation of BOQs, rate analysis, and billing records.
- Support commercial evaluation of vendors and subcontractors.

- Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials and execution methods
- Proficiency in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
- Good knowledge of rate analysis and billing processes
- Ability to deliver with quick turnaround times while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field
Preferred Experience
- Experience in corporate interior / commercial fit-out projects
- Exposure to working with multiple vendors and subcontractors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,598.86 per month
