About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing & Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media, and visual storytelling. The primary focus will be on creating engaging content across digital platforms while supporting marketing campaigns and brand growth.
If you have a strong eye for design, enjoy creating videos and graphics, and are comfortable using Canva and video editing tools, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics, social media posts, reels, and short-form videos for various digital platforms.
- Design marketing materials using Canva and other creative tools.
- Edit videos for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements using video editing tools.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (internships and freelance work are welcome).
- Experience in Canva.
- Experience with one or more video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Photography and basic videography skills.
- Experience using AI-powered content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics.
