Role Overview
We are looking for a Media Relations professional who can independently drive organic media visibility for real estate clients. The role requires strong journalist connections, content development skills, and the ability to identify newsworthy opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations & Coverage
Develop and execute PR strategies for real estate clients
Generate organic media coverage across trade and business publications
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and editors
Pitch story ideas, industry insights, and leadership narratives
Content & Communication
Draft press releases, authored articles, opinion pieces, and quotes
Develop thought leadership content for founders and leadership teams
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
Strategic Planning
Identify media opportunities aligned with market trends
Track industry developments and convert them into media angles
Advise clients on communication strategy and visibility approach
Execution & Reporting
Manage end-to-end media outreach and follow-ups
Track media coverage and maintain reporting dashboards
Ensure timely execution of PR campaigns and announcements
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Media Relations / PR (Real Estate preferred)
Strong network of journalists and media publications
Proven ability to generate organic (non-paid) media coverage
Excellent writing and communication skills
Understanding of real estate industry trends and narratives
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Education
Graduate (BBA / MBA preferred)
