About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, building dealer networks, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently while contributing to overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a strong dealer and distribution network.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and issues promptly.
Candidate RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or Telemarketing.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
