Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues
- Support Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and basic networking
- Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, printer, and internet connectivity issues
- Provide remote and onsite technical support
- Maintain IT assets and service reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 1 to 3 years required
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
