Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Production Executive to manage day-to-day manufacturing operations in our paint production unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production activities as per schedule
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for raw material availability
- Supervise production workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
- Handle basic troubleshooting of production-related issues
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of paint manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage shop floor activities
- Strong communication and team handling skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in paint / chemical / coating industry
- Familiarity with production planning and inventory coordination
Working Conditions:
- Factory-based role
- May require shift-based work depending on production needs
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,316.95 per month
