key responsibilities -
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for patient inquiries
- Explain services like acne treatments, hair fall solutions, PRP, hair transplant, etc.
- Convert leads into appointments (strong follow-up skills required)
- Maintain patient database and update CRM/records
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with clinic team
- Follow up with existing patients for reviews, procedures, and reminders
- Address basic patient concerns in a polite and professional manner
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Kannada, Hindi & basic English preferred)
- Experience in telecalling/sales/customer service (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling systems)
- Friendly, patient, and persuasive personality
- Ability to handle targets and follow-ups consistently
Preferred Qualities:
- Prior experience in sales or dermatology / cosmetic clinic
- little Understanding of skin & hair treatments
- Strong conversion mindset and patience
