Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our sheet metal fabrication facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating fabrication operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily sheet metal production activities.
- Manage operators working on laser cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication processes.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
- Ensure product quality as per customer drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams.
- Monitor machine utilization and productivity.
- Maintain shop floor discipline and safety standards.
- Train and guide operators on work procedures and quality requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication and production supervision.
- Knowledge of laser cutting, press brake bending, welding, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office).
