Key Responsibilities:
1. Shift Management:
- Oversee and manage day and night production shifts to ensure seamless operations.
- Address shift-related challenges and ensure effective handovers between shifts.
2. Planning and Execution:
- Assist in planning and executing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with organizational objectives.
3. ERP Entries and Documentation:
- Maintained accurate records of production data through ERP systems.
- Prepare packing lists, reports, and other documentation as required.
4. Dispute Resolution and Communication:
- Resolve conflicts among team members and production departments promptly and effectively.
- Ensure clear and professional communication within the team.
5. Technical Proficiency:
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in the production process.
- Optimize efficiency by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
6. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor production efficiency and ensure the team meets daily targets.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement.
7. Reporting:
- Generate and present detailed production reports with crystal-clear insights.
8. Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor production team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Provide regular feedback and support to enhance team skills and performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
