Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Daily operational execution and management of manufacturing Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows.
Complete O2C cycle knowledge, including core tasks of sales orders, order confirmations, invoicing, etc.
Handling end-to-end order processing, customer invoicing, and cash application within a major enterprise ERP.
Collaborating with remote and on-site company experts to quickly master and adapt to our Infor COM platform.
Maintaining clear, proactive communication regarding order statuses and tracking metrics.
