We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager who can manage end-to-end social media activities along with Online Reputation Management (ORM). The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, publishing, engagement, and maintaining a positive brand image across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter

Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with B2B communication

Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across platforms

Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

Handle negative feedback, complaints, and crisis situations effectively

Build and maintain a positive brand image online

Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth

Prepare monthly performance reports

Suggest improvements based on data insights .
Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management (B2B preferred)

Strong understanding of ORM and crisis management

Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

Good communication and writing skills
